My assistant Erika tried this Low Carb Spark recipe for Best Fudge Keto Brownies after we included it in our roundup of the most popular keto desserts on Pinterest.

I made these pies last night! I was a little nervous because I’m not that good at baking, but it turned out to be not that bad. And they were VERY tasty!
I also had to cook them for about 25-28 minutes, instead of the 15-20 minutes listed in the recipe.
It should also be noted that they are very fragile for some time after cooking. I had to let them cool for over 45 minutes before I could cut and eat them.
Good news? I refrigerated them last night and I swear they are delicious! It’s almost like eating a caramel brownie. Seriously, this is a great recipe!
I recommend you try them the next day! And a little warning… You won’t be able to eat just one.
If the recipe requires only a few plain ingredients and the result is a decadent brownie with only 2 net carbs, we agree – this really is the best keto fudge brownie ever!
