  • a half teaspoon of cumin

  • 3/4 pound cooked beef with Mexican seasoning
  • 1 cup zerkleinert Mexican Mischkäse
  • Dip with salsa, sour cream, and guacamole.


Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine almond flour and mozzarella cheese for thicker doughs. Microwave for one minute after adding the cream cheese. Microwave for another 30 seconds after stirring.


Mix in the egg, salt, and cumin well. The dough may take a few minutes to become smooth, so keep churning! To get all of the ingredients in, it’s really lot simpler to whisk and fold by hand.


To prevent sticking, roll the dough into a ball and put it between two pieces of baking paper. With a rolling pin, smooth the dough into a rectangle form. To create individual breadsticks, cut the dough into 5 strips. I smoothed out the dough to approximately 15 cm broad, which yielded five 8-cm-long strips.
