Have you ever thought about making your own Keto Roasted Cauliflower Hummus? I had never thought about making it until I got this assignment to make it for this blog. I got curious to see how it would taste so I made it. I was amazed that I did not have to add any oils like I usually do when I make hummus. I just used all the spices and roasted cauliflower. I infused the hummus with garam masala. I served with pita chips. It was delicious!

Preparation time: 10 MINUTES

Cooking time: 35 MINUTES

Total time : 45 MINUTES

  • 1 stalk cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/3 cup Tahini sesame paste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin seeds

1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and spray the baking dish with a little baking spray.
