Recently I asked a Starbucks barista how she would make a keto friendly chai latte. She suggested Tazo tea as the perfect base for a latte. She recommended using two tea bags to get a stronger result when setting.

Sweeten to taste with your favorite keto sweetener. I used liquid stevia drops in my latte and canned coconut creamer as my milk. It was so delicious and creamy! You can also use almond milk or heavy cream, but you’ll need to adjust the nutritional data.

I happen to have this little manual milk frother and I love it. He makes a great homemade latte! The coconut cream was also well whipped. You can also use a whisk or even a hand blender.

  • 8 ounces of boiling water
  • 2 tea bags
  • 1/4 cup Coconut cream
  • 10 Tropfen Stevia, flüssig

Boil two tea bags in boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes.


Heat the coconut cream in the microwave or on the stove and whip. Pour the tea over it and add the liquid stevia.
