This dish works well on the barbecue, but it also works well in the fryer!

  • 3 tblsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, dry (fresh is much better!)
  • 3 Buttons, pressed or hacked
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • salt (two tablespoons)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
  • 12 roh Hühnerkeulen

In a mixing dish, combine all of the ingredients.

Place the chicken drumsticks in a large Ziploc bag with the marinade.

Allow for at least 30 minutes of marinating time. We marinated our chicken thighs for 24 hours and they came out delicious, so marinating them for as long as possible is absolutely worth it.

To cook the chicken, place it on the grill.

Cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 185-190 degrees (about 30-35 minutes).
