Low-carb diets are all the rage right now, and for good reason: They bring about rapid weight loss, increased energy, and improved health. While most people are familiar with the ketogenic diet (which is a low-carb diet that’s high in fat and very low in carbohydrates), there are also low-carb diets that feature moderate amounts of carbohydrates such as the Atkins or Primal-based diets. Another popular diet option is the ketogenic diet from The Whole30, which is a 30-day comprehensive plan that’s high in fat and moderate in protein, but very low in carbohydrates.

Being on a low-carb diet is a popular choice for those seeking to lose weight, but it can be difficult to find the right low carb chicken recipe that doesn’t include tons of high-carb vegetables. However, there is no need to worry, as the new Keto and Low-Carb Chicken Marinade that we have in this article will change your life.

Chicken with a light marinade

..: SERIES 6

This dish works well on the barbecue, but it also works well in the fryer!

  • 3 tblsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, dry (fresh is much better!)
  • 3 Buttons, pressed or hacked
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • salt (two tablespoons)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
  • 12 roh Hühnerkeulen

In a mixing dish, combine all of the ingredients.

Place the chicken drumsticks in a large Ziploc bag with the marinade.

Allow for at least 30 minutes of marinating time. We marinated our chicken thighs for 24 hours and they came out delicious, so marinating them for as long as possible is absolutely worth it.

To cook the chicken, place it on the grill.

Cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 185-190 degrees (about 30-35 minutes).

Allow for a 10-minute rest period before serving.

If you don’t feel like grilling, you can create these chicken mullets in a hot air fryer using these instructions. Do you wish to liven up your life? Frank’s sauce should be served with the wings and drumsticks.

I love how easy this dish is to make and how readily you can customize it to your own preferences. It’s also not a huge issue if you fail to take the chicken from the marinade straight soon. The more time you cook, the more flavor you’ll get! Have a blast!

I see keto as a way of eating that is healthy and, as such, has many health benefits. It may not be right for everyone, but it does provide the opportunity to lose weight. There is no need to count calories or grams of carbs, as the fat and protein content is sufficient to meet ones nutritional needs. The great thing about keto is that it can be eaten all day, every day, without worrying about calories. Many people say that all they need is one small bowl of keto-friendly food for breakfast..
