I’ve had to adjust Matthew’s lumpy cauliflower mash hundreds of times over the last few months, so trust me when I say I know the difference between mediocre and exquisite.

Making this delectable side dish is similar to making mashed potatoes, but without the work! After boiling the cauliflower, simply place it in a food processor and puree until silky smooth! It’ll be the simplest dish to prepare this year, as well as the most popular at the Thanksgiving table!
